Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Aubenord was created primarily to bring practical IVDD information, resources, specialist links and product guidance together in one place for dog parents navigating a difficult and often overwhelming time. We respect the intellectual-property rights of others and ask visitors and contributors to do the same.

1. Aubenord-owned content

Unless otherwise stated, Aubenord’s original written content, branding, original graphics, videos, page layouts and original photography are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Loui and family photographs created or owned by Aubenord remain Aubenord content unless stated otherwise.

Use of Aubenord-owned material is also subject to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Third-party content, trademarks and product imagery

Some pages may refer to or display third-party names, trademarks, product information, retailer information or imagery. Those rights remain with their respective owners. Display on Aubenord does not transfer ownership to Aubenord and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership unless expressly stated.

We aim to use third-party material only where we reasonably believe we have permission, a licence, an applicable platform or affiliate right, or another lawful basis to do so. However, mistakes can happen. If you believe material on Aubenord infringes your rights, please contact us so we can review it promptly.

3. Reporting a copyright or intellectual-property concern

Email aubenordhelp@gmail.com with the subject line Intellectual Property / Takedown Request. Please include:

  • your name and contact details;
  • the URL of the Aubenord page concerned;
  • a description of the material you believe infringes your rights;
  • evidence or an explanation of your ownership or authority to act for the rights holder; and
  • the action you are requesting.

We will review credible requests as soon as reasonably possible and may temporarily remove or disable material while we investigate.

4. Corrections and good-faith resolution

If a concern can be resolved by correcting attribution, replacing an image, removing material or linking to an authorised source, we will consider the most appropriate action. Nothing on this page is intended to restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law.

5. Contact

For intellectual-property concerns or corrections, email aubenordhelp@gmail.com. We will aim to acknowledge genuine enquiries and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
