1. About Aubenord

Aubenord is an independent information and practical-support resource for dog owners, with a particular focus on intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), recovery, mobility and related care. Our primary purpose is to bring useful information and resources together in one place to help dog parents navigate a difficult time. Some pages may also contain clearly identified affiliate links.

2. No veterinary relationship or medical advice

Aubenord is not a veterinary practice and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, prognosis or individual veterinary advice. Our content is general educational information only and is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified veterinary professional. We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but veterinary services, prices, opening hours, products, research and other information can change. We do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or error-free. Please verify important information directly with the relevant professional, provider, retailer or primary source.

4. Veterinary directory and external providers

Inclusion in an Aubenord directory does not create a partnership, agency, ranking or endorsement and does not guarantee availability, treatment, outcome or suitability for an individual dog. Veterinary practices, specialists and other providers are independent third parties. Aubenord does not control, supervise or accept responsibility for their acts, omissions, availability, service quality, clinical decisions or contractual performance. Users should make their own enquiries and follow their veterinary surgeon’s advice.

5. Third-party and affiliate links

The Service may contain links to independent websites, products or services. Some are affiliate links, meaning Aubenord may receive commission from qualifying purchases or actions. 6. Product recommendations

Product information is general and does not guarantee that a product is safe, suitable or effective for every dog. Fit, diagnosis, recovery stage, mobility and veterinary restrictions differ. Seek professional advice where a product could affect movement, rehabilitation or health.

7. Intellectual property

Aubenord-owned original material is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This includes original written guides, graphics, page designs and layouts, downloadable resources, original photography, and Aubenord-owned images featuring Loui. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit substantial parts of Aubenord-owned material without our prior written permission.

8. User submissions

If you send us a correction, story, review, photograph or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. If Aubenord does not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
