Walkin’ Wheels Small Front Vest | Used by Loui
A broader chest deserves a better wheelchair fit.
A wheelchair frame can fit while its front straps still feel awkward. Loui’s broad chest needed a different shape, and this wider neoprene vest suited him better than the standard front harness.
Adjustable closures let you refine the fit around the chest. Check the vest measurements and compatibility with your Small or Corgi chair before ordering.

THE VEST WE USE WITH LOUI
A wider chest fit made Loui’s wheelchair easier to use.
The wider neoprene body gave us a better shape to fit around Loui’s broad chest. Once adjusted, it became part of his familiar wheelchair setup. The key buying decision is the vest’s own chest and neck fit; “Small” names the compatible wheelchair family, not one universal vest size.

- Sizing warning
- Measure the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs. Check the neck opening as well as the chest before selecting a size.

FIT, USE & SAFETY
Check the neck opening as well as the chest
Because the vest goes over the head, a chest measurement alone cannot settle the fit. The chart gives single neck values rather than adjustment ranges; ask the supplier to interpret them for your dog. Once connected, check breathing space, front-leg movement and the armpits. Ask for fitting help if the vest shifts or pulls when your dog changes position. Follow the supplied care label.

AUBENORD VERDICT
The front vest we kept for Loui’s broad chest and Small-frame wheelchair.
For Loui, the wider vest solved an awkward front-harness fit. That is the reason we would shortlist it again for a broad chest, once the vest measurements and Small or Corgi frame compatibility are confirmed.
