Aubenord is an independent information and product-recommendation resource for dog owners. Aubenord does not currently receive commission from the retailer links in our product recommendations. Our current retailer links are provided so readers can find the products we discuss; they do not create or imply an affiliate relationship, sponsorship, endorsement or partnership with the retailer or manufacturer.

Our current position

At present, Aubenord’s product recommendations are independent recommendations. Unless we explicitly state otherwise beside a link, Aubenord is not being paid for the referral and does not receive commission if you buy after following it.

Where we have personally used a product, we clearly say so. First-hand experience reflects our own experience only and does not mean the brand has sponsored, approved or endorsed Aubenord.

If affiliate links are introduced in future

Aubenord may apply for or enter affiliate or commercial relationships in the future. If a particular link becomes an affiliate or other commercial link, we will identify that relationship clearly at or before the point where the relevant link appears.

If an affiliate link is used in future, Aubenord may receive a commission from a qualifying purchase or action at no additional cost to the customer. The retailer would remain responsible for the transaction, price, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds.

Our independence

Commercial relationships, if introduced, will not determine what Aubenord says about a product, whether it is included in a guide or how it is compared with alternatives. We aim to prioritise practical usefulness, evidence, product suitability, safety considerations and transparency.

We do not accept payment from veterinary clinics for inclusion or preferential placement in our IVDD Specialist Directory.

Third-party brands and retailers

References or links to third-party brands, manufacturers and retailers do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, agency, partnership or another commercial relationship unless Aubenord explicitly states that such a relationship exists.

Product suitability

A product mentioned on Aubenord is not automatically suitable for every dog. IVDD severity, recovery stage, size, mobility and veterinary restrictions vary.
