Start with a level, non-slip surface. Keep the doorway clear and check every connection and latch before use. Follow MidWest’s setup instructions, including removing collars, tags and leads before leaving a pet in the pen to avoid entanglement.

What to know
Each of the eight panels is 24 inches wide. With two panels per side, a square arrangement is approximately 4 × 4 feet (16 square feet), before allowing for hinges and setup. The selected version is also 24 inches high. Check the footprint against your dog’s prescribed space and leave room to work at the entrance.
