1. Identify your frame: find the model and size on the chair label or your order. These refer to the wheelchair, not your dog’s breed or clothing size.
2. Collect measurements and photos: send Zoomadog the chair and label photos, your dog’s measurements and details of existing supports. Ask whether wheel diameter and strut length are needed.
