Does the size match the dog?
Measure back length and chest against the current size guide and check the brace sits where the manufacturer intends.

Check contact areas for rubbing or pressure and make sure the brace does not make breathing or gait worse.

A brace is supportive equipment. It does not replace veterinary treatment, prescribed rest or rehabilitation.

Measure carefully, then judge the dog in the brace
Measure from the crease of the neck to the base of the tail, then around the chest. Use the UK retailer guide below as your starting point. At the first fitting, check breathing room, armpits and movement. Hand wash and lay flat to dry.
