Why we recommend it
It is more purpose-built than a generic compression wrap: support runs along the back from above and below, with structural stays and an adjustable fit. We recommend it cautiously because the value depends on whether bracing is actually appropriate for the individual dog.

Match both back length and chest
Current ZOOMADOG UK guide: Small, back 11–13 in and chest 13–15 in. Medium, back 13–15.5 in and chest 14–17 in. Large, back 15.5–17.5 in and chest 18–21 in. Your dog needs to fit both measurements; do not force the nearest size if one measurement falls outside the range.

- A brace is not an IVDD cure or substitute for veterinary assessment
- Confirm with your vet or rehabilitation professional that bracing has a role for your dog
- Measure both back length and chest circumference using the current retailer chart
- Check skin, breathing, comfort and gait after fitting
- Stop and reassess if the brace rubs, slips, twists or makes movement worse
- Do not use a brace as permission to exceed prescribed movement restriction
